Do you live abroad and want to order from Norrgavel?
We are glad that the interest for Norrgavel and our furniture is spreading outside of our home country; Sweden.
We are working on creating a better customer experience online for our customers living abroad, outside of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. For the time being ordering will therefore be made manually together with our customer service department.
Until our new international website is launched, we are happy to assist you manually, through our customer service, with any inquires or requests you may have.

The process
If you want to order from us, living abroad, the process will take place in three steps and look like this:
1. You send us an email (kundtjanst@norrgavel.se) and include the following:
» Name & surname
» Full address details (delivery address – street name/number, zip code, city, country)
» Phone number
»The product/products that you want us to include in the offer
2. After we have received this information, we will research the freight price and create an offer for you. Please note that this offer is not binding.
3. If you accept the offer, we will create an order and get back to you with an invoice, which should be paid in 10 days. We will provide you with payment details (IBAN/SWIFT) and assist you in the process if needed. Once the order is created, it is binding.

A big part of our furniture range is produced in carefully selected carpentries in Småland, Skåne and the Baltics. This results in shorter transports and affects our environment in a positive way. An important factor for us at Norrgavel.
When choosing furniture from Norrgavel – you as a customer have a lot of options to choose from. The variety of possibilities means that all ordered furniture is created exclusively for you, after we have received your order. This process means that it most often takes 6-12 weeks before we can finalize your order and deliver it from our warehouse in Lammhult. Please be aware that international shipping could mean even longer lead times for you as a customer, due to more administration (i.e freight documents) and the physical distance between your country and our warehouse.
However, we are always striving to deliver as fast as possible, taking the given circumstances above into consideration.
